Currently, we do not offer any prenatal- or postnatal-specific classes, but many of our classes including California Barre®, Strong A*F*, Pilates, and Vinyasa Yoga can be adapted for pregnant women.
Our teachers are trained in the De Gasquet Method and will safely accompany you in your yoga practice during and after pregnancy.
Adapted for “moms-to-be” in all trimesters, prenatal yoga is considered one of the best types of exercise for expectant moms. Aside from the physical benefits of pelvic floor work, releasing tension, and total body strengthening (gently, of course!), focusing on breath, managing stress, and centering the mind all combine to help you enjoy your changing body and your pregnancy and help prepare you for D-day.
Whether or not you practiced yoga before or during your pregnancy, postnatal yoga is a great way to take time for yourself (or for you and baby), calm the mind, and gently strengthen the body after giving birth. Meet your body where it is and move safely and at your own pace in this gentle practice.
